Do you have plans to roll out a Mobile-Friendly Email Template / Design?

I have been trying to find a workaround to be able to code emails for responsive / mobile-friendly design using @media etc., but so far it isn't working. I am aware you have mobile-friendly Web pages, but are emails in the works? Our audience is estimated to open our emails on their mobile devices approx. 50 percent of the time, and that percentage is growing daily.

On this page, BB's advice is to use a tool from mail chimp?? Really?

Start a thread in the community. I would be willing to post our responsive template, and I'm sure others will too.

We send responsive emails from Convio Luminate Online today, but we have to hand code them in Dreamweaver first. The custom code was made for us by a Blackbaud developer -- the cost in time and money was high. Definitely wish BB would take a cue from Mailchimp.

Additionally to making them responsive, it would be great if the end user of the email template can actually replace existing content (images, text, etc) when working with the template. Right now, we can only provide a header and footer that can't be updated when creating a new email from that template.

If the user could replace the header banner everytime they create a new email, it would be ideal. Some people are complaining that we should keep using MailChimp because it's easier to use. Something that works in the same way as the MailChimp templates would be awesome. Thanks!
