A suggestion - do a better job of highlighting whether a maintenance email is about a *development site* or a *live site* See examples below that I received regarding Oct. 2014 Lumiante Online release (14.10.0) They are very similar I'd suggest in subject lines and using bold/highlights in email text you can do a better job of highlighting *development site* when messages are just about that site as opposed to live site. I shared the wrong version (dev site) with my colleagues and caused some confusion about release timing. ******************************************************************************************************* From: Blackbaud Hosting Services < BlackbaudHostingServices@blackbaud.com > Subj: Blackbaud Hosting Services - Scheduled Maintenanc e - Luminate Online Blackbaud Hosting Services - Scheduled Maintenance Notification Dear Nonprofit Professional, As part of our continuous commitment to invest in technology for nonprofit organizations and improve the services we deliver to you and your constituents, your Luminate online site has been scheduled to be upgraded over night Tuesday, October 21, 2014 into the morning of Wednesday, October 22 . Thanks for the feedback. We will make sure we take this into account when looking at these updates in the future.
And specifically the short name of the site/instance in question, for those of us who may deal with more than one...
