Add a date /time of the last update to the Luminate Status page

The Luminate Status page at status.convio.com does not have any indicator of when it was last updated and/or how frequently, so it's difficult to know how fresh the information is.

In addition, while the yellow, green, red indicators are useful at a high level, it's not 100% clear to me the connection between the color code and the issue.  For example, the page currently (1/10/17) shows a yellow light for Luminate Integration and displays a known issues related to the Salesforce TLS 1.0 update.  Are these related? Is there more the yellow status?

    John Miller in support has informed me that they are going to start updating this page with date/time stamps moving forward.
