We spend a lot of time and effort to create wonderful events in Team Raiser yet they do us little good if we have no idea how to extract data.  Queries and Reports in LO aren't like RE so that does us little good as well.  Doesn't have to be something extremely in-depth but the basics would be appreciated.  I spent weeks learning how to set up a TR event, setting up email and sending them and then RELO but no one onced said "hey you got all this info in here now let me show you how to get it out and be able to use the data."  When I asked someone about a video or a Knowledgebase I was told "it's trial and error."  We don't spend this amount of money to not have support/guidance on every aspect of the system.  Especially on something as important as data extraction.
