Add the ability to pay with ACH or PayPal in addition to Credit Cards on a "Calendar Event".

We paid to add the payment options of ACH (Direct Debit) and PayPal to our Donation forms, but when we went to set up a Calendar Event and sell multiples of Tables or Tickets were told that we cannot utilize these ACH or PayPal options in a Calendar Event.
