Add ability to re-order query fields in Query Builder
There is currently no ability to reorder query fields in Query Builder. The result is that if you forget to add a specific field at the beginning of your query build (which is common), you can't add it at the end and move it up in the order. Rather, you have to start completely over to revise in this way. This forces a very rigid sequentialism. Contrast with the Query tool in Raiser's Edge, or the ability to re-order donation form fields in Donation Management in LO.
