Admins cannot delete a report, they can only archive them. Sometimes, you make mistakes and you need to be able to delete reports. Leaving erroneous reports behind leads to confusion and system untidiness. Allow the admin who created the report the ability to delete. Allow administrators with advanced permissions the ability to remove user reports to help correct mistakes and maintain system hygiene.
