If a folder is accidentally deleted, there is currently no way to recover it. This can happen to your own folders or a folder belonging to someone else.
I mistakenly deleted a co-worker's folder and couldn't do anything to get her reports back, which she needs for her weekly reporting.
Not having a system to bring them back means having to re-create every single report, if you can even recall everything you had in there in the first place.
Even just 24 hours to submit a recovery request to customer service would be helpful.
