Remove US Territories from the Country List
Luninate has at least three US Territories listed as Countries, and they are not. American Samoa, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands are not independent countries. They have USPS 'State' codes: AS, PR and VI; along with Zip Codes. The residents also vote in US Presidential elections and have elected delegates in the US Congress. They should be removed from the Country drop down.

Luminate Online currently follows ISO standards for country codes, of which US territories are listed as countries, see the ISO documentation for further information: https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#search
