List the constituent's legislator (by name) in CLO

It would be so helpful if, when we click one of our constituents to view their information, we could see their legislator's name and district (the actual district, not CLO's # for the district). If that could please be adjusted, that would be great. Thank you!

    Hello,

I posted this about a year ago, and unfortunately, this has still been an issue and frustration for us.

I recently discussed this with some CLO support agents, and they instructed me to post on here again. Constituents are only able to see their district number as listed on a map (which doesn't signify anything if they don't have the map in front of them, which most do not) rather than the name of their district.

We're now having to link them to other websites, requiring them to take many steps to get the needed information and as a result are losing constituents along the way (which defeats the purpose of using CLO in the first place).

If we could please find a way to pull the information of the district name instead of its map number, that would be very helpful.

    Thank you,
    Lena Wakim
