Quick Search for Constituents should search by Constituent ID

On the Constituent profile form there is the "quick search" field in the upper right corner. Right now it appears you can only search by name and email in that field. Since Cons ID is the only guaranteed unique value for a record I think it's odd that you don't have Cons ID indexed for that search field.
