Add the ability to send an email out at the same time across time zones
This would be an improvement over the current practice of sending an email out at noon (ET), or 9 am (PT). In an ideal world email sends could be relative to the zipcode of the recipient. Obviously, people interact with emails better at different times of the day, so this would improve opens and click thru rates.
