There's no way to update eCommerce order shipping addresses. We have a customer who made a mistake in her address and there's no way to fix it in Luminate. We were told by Blackbaud Customer Support to download a report and update the data in Excel.
Please build an area in the eCommerce module where we can edit orders, especially shipping information. The data that resides in Luminate needs to be up-to-date, in case we need to refer to it in the future.
