Add bi-monthly as an recurring option

By adding the "bi-monthly" recurring option will helps donors feel good in knowing they're giving at a pace that is comfortable for them. Providing them more options, will benefit organizations because they are allowing the donors to be flexible in their giving. My organization use Luminate for our online giving and we have several donors who are wanting to give bi-monthly, but since LO doesn't not provide this options it limits our organization giving flexibilities.
