Allow fundraiser to end event and start a new one

    Currently if a participant starts an event, they can't participate in another event or start a new fundraiser in TeamRaiser, unless we duplicate our whole TR platform. For example, our company's TR expires December 31. Laura start a fundraiser for a 10k on July 1. She meets her goal and decides to run another 10k on October 31. She cannot start a new fundraiser. She also cannot reset her board to zero for the new event.


    Participants should be allowed to end their fundraisers before the entire instance of TR expires and start a new one.
