Offer more back-end functionality with e-cards
The current e-card functionality has severe limitations and has frustrated us and angered our donors in the past. People are not perfect and we've encountered issues where the e-card was sent to a mistyped email, or scheduled for the wrong date, or the donor wants to check that it was sent/received.
I strongly recommend that e-cards in LO have the following features:
1) Provide our organization the option to resend an e-card for a donor if the donor sent it to the wrong address or wants it sent again to the same recipient;
2) Allow our organization the option to reschedule an e-card for a donor if a date was entered incorrectly;
3) Allow us to cancel an e-card if it was scheduled for a future, but incorrect date;
4) Less important, but nice to have: provide a feature for us to track if an e-card was successfully sent.

I will reiterate #1 from that list, and also add the ability to adjust the spam protection filters. Attempting to send only 3 ecards from the same IP before you start getting errors is way too strict. Again, our Donor Relations department thanks you.
