Old AW- Allow recommenders to view which opportunity they are submitting letters for

If a recommender receives more than one recommendation request from the same student, they are not able to see which opportunity they are recommending for. This may be a small detail, but it would allow recommenders to address each scholarship committee specifically, and give them peace of mind that they are submitting the right letter for the right opportunity.
