Set the surveys to have arrows to re-order the questions rather than typing in the order number

Setting up surveys is a massive pain when you have to type in the question order number, it never seems to go to the right spot. Either having drag and drop for the question order or adding the little up and down arrows (like the donation level on a donation form), would be a massive time saver and much more user friendly.
