Make possible to pull all team captains' ConsId via Web Services, when there are more than one team captain per a team.

In the current 1.32 version of LWS, I can only pull one team captain's ConsId in TeamRaiser. Team Type who initially created the team. In TeamRaiser, a team can have multiple team captains but I cannot pull this data via WebServices. My organization is using TeamRaiser function highly since we have multiple big P2P events. Team Captains are huge revenue generators and we would love to integrate this data into our main CRM system via WebServices.
