NXT Reports - Hardcopy version is as beautiful as the Screen Version

NXT Report is beautiful. Printing it out for a meeting? This report does not represent Blackbaud, nor is it what I want my colleagues to see. Exporting to Excel is a nice feature, yet a lot of work deleting columns not needed. Report should also have the spouses name and the report does not.
