Organizations with French accents - allow for accents to be shown

Organizations with French accents should be shown correctly.  Currently, the French accents are not displayed so the vowels are being removed. e.g. 

9051-1478 Québec Inc. / Coffrage Fréchette et Frères shows as 

9051-1478 Qubec Inc. / Coffrage Frchette et Frres

    As a representative of the foundation of the first french speaking university in north america, having this issue is really annoying. And I think the fix could be easy by switching to UTF-8.
