Correct the number formatting on PDF Receipt for Francophone Canadians

In the style of French-speaking Canadians, dollar amounts are written with the dollar sign to the right of the number rather than to the left.
Please correct the formatting inside the amount fields in the French PDF receipt to align with this. For example, an amount should be displayed as "1,000$" in French, and "$1,000" in English.

    Would be great to have this rolled out globally for all modules - like the Teamraiser participation fees, goal, etc.
