Add a brief description field option for event questions

Currently, when downloading event reports, you can only see Question 1, etc. It would be extremely helpful to have an additional field when setting up the question to allow the event creator to populate that header with a brief description of the question.

This field would only be visible to administrators.

This would save time when multiple people need access to event reports without having to look at the event to see what the questions were if not apparent from the answers. Or when there are many questions needed for an event.
