For surveys using the APIs, errors can be found in 3 totally different ways
$surveyResult->submitSurveyResponse->errors->errorMessage
$surveyResult->submitSurveyResponse->errorResponse->message
$surveyResult->errorResponse->message

Consistency or more articulate error messaging would be helpful to cut down on support.
