Adding conditional tags/features for survey questions

In trying to construct a post-event survey, we are asking questions that speak to different participants. It would be great to have an option that if a participant answers a particular question in a certain way, then they could skip a section or series of questions.

For example, the question might be "Were you a team captain?" Depending on the answer (yes or no), the person may/may not need to answer the next question/s that follow. If they did not have to answer, they would either be directed to the next steps of applicable questions automatically or the survey would not show the questions that were not necessary for them to answer.
