Conditional Survey Email Responses

Would be great if there is a way to configure the Email Responses on a survey (#10 in the Identify Survey section) to be conditional upon a selection from one of the questions on the survey? For example, if one of the questions is "Which department are you trying to contact?", and they select "Development" the email response notification would be sent to the assigned person in the development department? Each department listed in the "which department are you trying to contact" question would have a corresponding person/email address to send a notification to.
