Please allow user to select a single custom registration/survey question to display in a report

Please add the ability to filter off of custom teamraiser questions in Report Writer. Currently in report writer we can output the custom TR questions by using the "survey questions" column. Our chapters like to use the answers to these questions to be able to segment participants. It would be ideal if we could add a filter in the "report filters" section to be able to segment by a particular custom question when we are only looking for particular answers from participants. Right now, the "survey questions" feature is an all or nothing selection. In order to get diabetes connection, I have to pull all of the questions that we ask during registration. Sometimes, you just want the answer to one question, not all.
