Give admins the ability to delete/archive custom pages from teamraisers

It's been 2 years since https://luminateonline.ideas.aha.io/ideas/LUM-I-581 and there is still not a way to delete custom pages from a teamraiser. We've recently copied an event for re-use for another event. This new event doesn't have as many pages as the original. It'd be nice to have a simple "delete" option next to "copy" and "edit". I'd settle for an "archive" option!
