Make ALL fields available to Mail Merge
All fields that are available in the Query tool should also be available to include in mail merges. It drives me nuts that Creation Time isn't a field you can export through a merge. A lot of transaction fields are missing, too.

1. YES I agree, ALL fields should be exposed everywhere in the system. It's very frustrating because you often have to cobble two or more reports together just to get all the data you need in one place.
2. In this particular case, I only JUST learned (after SEVEN YEARS!) that you can have your CSM turn this field on in mail merge. Your CSM may not be able to do it directly, but should be able to get a higher-level admin to do it through the Database Configuration setup.
