The reports classics haven't been working in the last week and there are no alternatives for including upsells in a Teamraiser registration report so we have no way to include that in our event information. In individual report would be very helpful.
If we don't have the ability to report on the upsell it should not be an option to enable. Very disappointing to have to figure out a work-around for something that should be so easy.
We used an upsell for participants who wanted their t-shirts mailed to them before our race. We close the option off as of a certain date so we have time to mail our the shirts before the race. Once we closed the option we were not able to report on that field to know who to send the t-shirt to. In Sphere we didn't have that problem. We should not have to pay to get a customized report with this information.
We too need this so we can work with our offline system. Also, the Classic report has to be run for all participation types or just one, but not a number in between.
I asked for a custom report for upsells from support and the cost of the work was unreasonably high. I think that even if there were task available to run the participant registration report on a regular schedule, that would help me immensely.
This is extremely relevant. I don't understand why this hasn't already been an issue for people who have used upsells. This year is the first time that we've used upsells, and I may not have chosen to use them if I had known I'd have to pay for a custom report. If the upsell is a t-shirt, then getting the t-shirt size is critical for us to send the item to user.
I can not stress enough how much this feature will be relevant for us in the upcoming years. Having the item selected from the upsell menu listed on the RW registration report will be nothing short of a blessing as the reports on RC can't be publish to EMC.
Further to this, we would like to see upsell information that is processed through teamraiser appear in the transaction reports. We need this information for importing the data into our offline database.
