extend system timeout on TeamRaiser pages to 40 minutes
Many of our users complain that they are getting logged out in the middle of drafting an email to a large group of donors. We would like to be able to extend the system timeout settings so that our users do not getting automatcially logged off after 20 minutes. We think 40 minutes would provide enough time to complete the email and also maintain a secure environment.

A global increase of session time out is not a viable solution to this problem. It would be better to auto-save the content and push the user back to where they left off in the event they are logged out due to an expiring session.
