Option to have Constituents Email instead of Organization email address when they send an email from TR Participant center.
In recent TR updgrade, Email sent by constituents through TR participant center have Company email instead of constituents email address.. I gree that improvements were made to send emails to reduce the spam rate. But lately, we are receiving alots of complaints asking to change it back to senders email. Please provide an option in TR to choose which email address should be used while sending out an email from TR Participant center. CASE REFERENCE : 00575901
This is not possible without degrading email delivery
We are investigating our options around this functionality for a near future release. The change was to tackle compliance for the new DMARC regulations and we are investigating improvements to this area. We will update when we know more.
