Allow Team Captains to send recruitment and fundraising emails from their team page

Currently TR does not allow Team Captains to send recruitment/fundraising emails directing people to their team page. Rather, it directs to their individual fundraising page. Many captains would like the ability to recruit and fundraise directly to their team rather than individually.
