The Calendar of Events tool currently is only partially bilingual. It should allow all pieces of the tool to be bilingual.

When you setup an email and schedule it, there is no way to edit the groups or date for the email send without cancelling it and setting it up again. If there was an option to edit some of the settings after scheduled, it would be wonderful.
