Add “gift date” to offline gift entry screen in TeamRaiser

When manually entering (or confirming) a donation in TeamRaiser, the gift date defaults to the current date. The Luminate gift date flows into our database as the gift/transaction date. Ideally, we would be able to enter a gift date on the manual entry screen within a TeamRaiser that would flow down into the db as the gift/transaction date. We would use this field to enter the actual deposit date of the batch from finance. This will help with reconciling to the accounting system. We have created a workaround (deposit date is built into our batch IDs), but it would be awesome if we could have a gift date field that we can manually manipulate. (We can backdate gifts using the TeamRaiser gift upload, but since we cannot confirm gifts easily with the upload process, the Constituent Information Center currently uses manual entry as a standard)
