In LCRM - Add the abilty to delete individual records from an effort segment (one off or as a group) or remove any effort segment from an individual record.

It would be very helpful if we could sort (ascending and desending) the STATUS column for Sustaining Gifts in LO. We have clients who have many Gifts and it would be help to be able to sort all ACTIVE to the top.
