Allow time stamps for donations based on the time zone of the company using it.

Maybe this has been updated recently, but when we launched this couldn't be edited. I would love the time stamp of the donation to be made in my time zone (PST), rather than the time-zone of blackbaud. This would make my reporting much more accurate. Currently, donations made late in the day for us (let's say a Monday night) will show up in my reporting in Tuesday's results because Luminate is on central time.
