push survey results to RE

Whether it's through the connector, or via export. If I download the survey report as it stands, i can get the LO ID number, but not the RE ID number - which I would need to upload into RE.  I would love to get survey info over into RE! Am I alone?

    Sadly, I've had no time to think about this since ... January. I think I read this and though 'ok, great, LO ID & RE System Record ID match, great!

    But now that I need to think about it again ... that's all well and good, but it's not importable. I can only import on RE Cons ID or RE Import ID. The LO ID is neither.

    I'm not looking for information on a gift record (which I think is what currently maps in Team Raiser) but in fact constituent information. If we're not at a place where I can freely map all kinds of data from LO to RE, I get that, but I would at least like data I can export/import back into RE. Which unless I'm missing something, I cannot currently do. Yes?

    Thanks for the idea Tracy! I have a few questions for you about your request. In September, we added Calendar Events to the RELO integration product. When we did that, we started pushing Survey questions and answers from Luminate to the Raiser's Edge for Team Raiser and Calendar Events only. Does this satisfy what you are looking for, or are you wanting all Survey questions and answers moved from Luminate to the Raiser's Edge? If what is currently in the product won't satisfy your needs, can you move forward with an export/import process? The Luminate Member ID field maps to the System Record ID field in the Raiser's Edge. Can you use the contents of the survey report and match on the Luminate Member ID since that value is in both systems? Let me know if this helps.
