Allow multiple RSVP-type events to cross-reference with a single event record in Raiser's Edge.

This functionality is available with ticketed events so RSVP-type events should have this flexibility as well. We have multiple events set up in Luminate for lectures and seminars but we really only need to track it as one event in Raiser's Edge. We shouldn't have to create an event record in RE for each event in LO.
