It would be very helpful to add more snapshot information within the Teams tabs of TeamRaiser.  Such as, when you are in Team > Members, show column for amount each individual has raised (independently and their portion of team gift ideally added together).  That way, we (internally and even team captains) can get a quick snapshot of who on the team has not quite reached an ideal fundraising amount (ie, who has raised $0).  Then we can be in communication with them.  This would be much faster than running a report and looking for only members of a specific team.  Additionally, it would be nice to be able to use a sort feature on said column so we can easily sort by lowest to highest or vice-versa to add an element of competition amongst team members.

Another great addition would be a column within Teams > Gifts, to show not only the donor's first and last name, but also the display name.  This would help a lot for anyone who has donated anonymously.  This way, we don't accidentally give the donor's name without their permission or write it out for a matching gift for example.  This would be especially nice to have within Constituents Tab > Transactions Tab.

I think wherever there is a Full Name column, it should be split into two columns.  One for First Name, one for Last Name and add the ability to sort by either.  For some reason in the Teams > Gifts tabs, it's just the Full Name column and it sorts by first name.  This makes it difficult to find information on a donor that may have used their husband's name for example.  And in the Members tab, it's only one column for name and it sorts by last name.
