When classifying contacts in our database, there are occasions when we would like to make the contact classification blank. However, if a contact already has a classification, there is no way to delete it and leave it blank.

In order to make it blank, it currently requires the following steps:

1. Create report on Contact.
2. Export the data with filled in.
3. In Excel sheet, make empty all the fields.
4. Then Import data.

This is cumbersome and time consuming.
