Donation Refund screen should indicate PayPal as payment method to be credited

When refunding a donation payment processed through PayPal the admin screen should indicate that PayPal is the payment method to be credited. Currently, the admin screen that displays when the "REFUND" link is clicked is the same as when refunding a credit card via the merchant account associated with credit card payments.
