Fix formatting on issue date field in receipts

The issue date tag has an unusual formatting choice. There's a space between "issue Date" and the colon, but no space between the issue and the actual date. It would be great to either make this the normal "Issue date: July 23, 2016" or allow us to format how it prints out.
