We occasionally try to add information to the TeamRaiser and cannot because there are not enough data entry fields that we can use at our discretion. There are only 30. At one time, we had used them all and kept hitting roadblocks to track and report on data that we needed to associate with our events. We had to clear data out of some to free some up. Need more than 30 fields that organization can use at their discretion.
Now that we have some that are available, we are afraid to use the last few, worried that we might need them for something more important in the future., GR had to give up some of their data to clear fields.
