Fix grammar in the Participant Center regarding Thanked Donors

When there is only 1 ‘Unthanked’ Donor, change text to "You have 1 unthanked donation. Thank your donor!" In the PC, this is one of the actions in the What do I do Next? feature. Grammatically doesn't make sense what it says now.
