Show dollars received on Luminate Email Message Performance Reports

You can see "actions taken" but not gifts and dollars.  Have to go to Raiser's Edge for that.

    Hi, we're working on an email dashboard which will have this ability built in. Currently in discovery and about to have the dev team start on it so look for it coming out mid-fall.
