Allow for Registration Fees to Count for Overall Event Totals Thermometers without needing to show for all indicators
Currently status indicators are set as all or nothing related to registration fees. We would like to have our total raised for a TeamRaiser Event include the registration fees but don't want to show on the individual pages.
Example: Overall Goal is $2.5 M for an event including registration fees
Participant Goal: $95 Registration and $300 fundraising Minimum. We would want to track against the $300 not $395
