This would save admins time. One of my pet peeves is the time it takes to click through pages of groups, email campaigns, queries, designees, etc. after a search. If there are more than 5, 10, or 20 results (depending on the part of the tool you are searching you need to click "Next", "Previous", First, or Last. As opposed to allowing for a show all (within the search criteria) and scrolling or using CTRL+F to find what you want.
Not sure complexity of implementation but this would increase my efficiency and admin UX with the product.
