Allow sorting of the teamraiser list in more ways

Would like to be able to sort by the date published, event type 2 (secondary), and event type 3 (tertiary), in addition to the ways we can currently sort the teamraiser list. This would create efficiency for staff working on 100's or 1000's of teamraisers.
