Allow PayPal as a payment option for eCommerce transactions

Currently the eCommerce check-out form does not allow for payment with PayPal. We would like for that to be an option on the check-out form. We have event organizers who get requests from their attendees to use PayPal as a payment option. In this day and age, it is commonplace.
